PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS

Stouffville Music Room strives to provide music lessons that are unique to fit every student’s musical goals and needs. There are a variety of lessons available for ALL ages to enjoy!

Private Lessons for any instrument are $135/month for weekly lessons.

Semi-Private Lessons are $110/month. All lessons are 30min in length.

Each person is deeply and profoundly musical, but many don’t know it. Simply Music Piano is a phenomenal playing-based program where students learn to play a wide variety of great-sounding music right from their first few lessons. We temporarily delay the reading process and completely immerse students in the playing experience which allows for a very natural transition when reading is introduced – the same as how we learn to speak before we learn to read and write! From fun campfire songs to grungy punk-rock, the guitar is easily one of the most versatile instruments. As an instrument that spans generations, genres, and styles, it is rewarding to infuse your own personality and interests into your playing. We offer weekly guitar lessons to help our students achieve this. Each of our teachers work diligently to meet the unique individual needs of the student and personalize lessons for maximum engagement. Dive deep and stretch yourself with guitar lessons catered to your interests.

Learning to sing can be one of the most profound musical experiences. Using our voice is unique because the instrument is not external like a piano – it is within us! Gaining the tools to fully utilize what is available to you and to maintain a healthy voice must be a priority. We offer weekly one-on-one vocal coaching to help our students achieve this. Each of our teachers work diligently to meet the unique individual needs of the student and personalize lessons for maximum engagement. The simplicity and joy of learning ukulele has inspired a whole new generation of very young children to learn to play but also for more seasoned guitar players to “transfer” their skills to. This portable and simple instrument will have you expressing yourself and playing widely recognizable songs almost immediately. Not to mention a great tool for songwriting. Each of our teachers work diligently to meet the unique individual needs of the student and personalize lessons for maximum engagement. Ukulele lessons are a great starting place for young musicians and the perfect instrument to add under a seasoned musician’s belt.
