Printful Merchandise

All apparel, mugs, and other merchandise are made-to-order through our printing partner, Printful.

Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or preference.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stouffvillemusicroom.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates for lessons are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

They may be transferred to another person.

Gift certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
